FIATA是一家非政府國際組織，代表著全球貨代行業(yè)約4萬多家貨代物流企業(yè)，養(yǎng)活了全球150個國家的8百萬至1千多萬從業(yè)人員。




總的來說， FIATA是運輸領(lǐng)域的大佬，是具有全球影響力的非政府國際性組織。

FIATA's objectives are fivefold:




1.tounitethe freight forwarding industry world wide;




2.torepresent, promote and protectthe interests of the industry by participating as advisors or experts in meetings of international bodies dealing with transportation;




3.tofamiliarizetrade and industry and the public at largewiththe services rendered by freight forwarders through the dissemination of information,distribution of publications, etc;




4.tostandardize and improvethe quality of services rendered by freight forwarders by developing and promoting uniform forwarding documents, standard trading conditions, etc;




5.toassist withvocational training forfreight forwarders, liability insurance problems, tools for electronic commerce including electronic data interchange (EDI) and barcode.
