　客戶沒有及時回復郵件，需要提醒客戶確認文件。只需要轉發原郵件，并在郵件中寫一個reminder或者friendly reminder，顯得更客氣一些。另外，在平常的客戶聯系中也可以這樣寫，第一次提醒可以寫first reminder，第二次寫second reminder,超過兩次，就需要再寫一封郵件探明客戶處于什么狀態，或者直接打電話聯系。在郵件中，如果需要強調客戶確認的內容，可以再陳述一次。提醒的單詞用不同的顏色標出，說明這是要提醒客戶要重視的。
