外貿淡季，大家都在忙著發開發信，開發信如何寫比較好呢？開發信貴在堅持,不要過于糾結于多少多少回復率，保持良好的心態，掌握寫開發信的技巧，更能讓你在外貿工作中事半功倍。

1.發送并不緊急的“緊急”郵件

發“緊急”郵件時，建議別做“狼來了小孩”，否則當你真的有緊急郵件的時候，就沒人關注了。

2. 滿屏大寫字母

ARE YOU YELLING??—這是大寫給人的視覺效果。除非你想給客戶一劑“強心針”，否則就把CAPS LOCK關掉吧。

3. 太不拘小節

郵件能側面反映你跟客戶的關系，表達太隨意只會顯得專業素養不高。我建議在使用感嘆號、表情、字號字體和短語時多加斟酌。此外，并非每個人都能讀懂縮寫。如果客戶和你是不同年齡層，或者有語言障礙，那么請寫出全稱。

4. 表達太生硬

我經常收到一些“一行式郵件”，這看起來好像是系統自動回復。有時候適當表達自己的個人特色和情感會對談判比較有利，否則表現的太像機器人了。

5. 在凌晨三點發送郵件

我只有偶爾醒的特別早，感覺自己很有干勁的時候這么做過。但是據我調查，即使是在“7天24小時”工作狂的世界里，這也不會被大多數人接受。當然，如果夜里突然有了靈感，建議你寫郵件存到草稿箱，然后在工作時間發出去。（特別提醒：我們很多國外客戶與中國存在時差，此時發郵件就要特別注意，你的上午9點，也許是TA的午夜。）

6. 使用模糊主題行

“It’s me””Hey” or “FYI”開頭會讓你的客戶感覺很困惑，他不知道你這封郵件想說明什么，自然不會愿意花寶貴的時間去打開它。在商務往來中，郵件最好簡明扼要，這樣才能促使客戶看到后更快地給出反饋。

7. 沒有主題行

沒有主題的郵件會讓人很火大，客戶只會當成垃圾郵件處理。

8. 未開門見山

如果你在郵件結束時才拋出你的觀點或者疑問也很令人討厭，因為客戶還得重頭再看。郵件的目標是簡潔并且尊重客戶的時間。

9. 不知所謂的郵件地址

不論是給客戶，同事還是任何人發郵件，如果要體現專業度，就得棄用非正式的電子郵件賬戶。畢竟含有敏感詞匯的賬戶一開始就會給人不好的印象。但如果你堅持使用，為了專業素養，至少應該獨立創建一個單獨的電子郵件賬戶。

10. 太長的述語

署名下方帶有簽名檔是可以的，但信息太冗長沒人會閱讀。你的信息需要契合商業產品形象。

11. 每封郵件結尾都有保密通知

當你通過電子郵件發送文件或者圖片時，內容是否保密取決于客戶。建議在發送敏感文件之前，和客戶達成保密約定，這樣即使有信息泄漏的情況出現，你也持有證據。

12. 帶有情緒的語氣

當客戶三周之后才回復你郵件時，你的下一封郵件中往往會帶有一點憤怒的情緒。但是這對于談判有害無利，所以永遠不要發語氣刻薄的郵件給你的客戶。

我建議將回復郵件存在草稿箱中2天，然后拿出來修改，去掉主觀情緒，這會幫助你更快的完成自己的目標，因為你表現出的是你的耐心和專業度而非情緒化。

13. 太敷衍

如果你跟客戶很熟，那么有時可以省掉一些細節。但如果這個客戶跟你不熟或者訂單量很大，那么禮貌和專業一定要?！盤lease””Thank you”以及結尾處像是”Best”這些詞不可少。

14. 數不盡的錯別字

“錯別字多是因為這是我用iPhone發的。”拜托，這已經不再是錯別字多的借口！現在每個人都會從手機端收發郵件，如果是非常重要的客戶，那么在發出之前必須檢查是否有錯別字。

15. 討厭的標點

如果你想用感嘆號來表示你的開心，用一個就可以了。人們有時候忘乎所以的在句子結尾加上很多感嘆號，這會讓客戶感到你很情緒化，并不利于訂單的完成。

16. 非專業字體

手寫體要分場合，對于商務往來郵件，你得保證你的字體顏色大小規范。最重要的原則是：讓客戶便于閱讀。通常，最好選擇10-12號字號，易讀的字體，像是Arial,Calibri或者Times New Roman。顏色當然是黑色最為保險。

17. 太冗長

大多數人花幾秒鐘（不是分鐘也不是小時）來閱讀一封電子郵件，很多人甚至只是大致瀏覽，因此寫郵件時最好將郵件分成短小段落，列出條理就更好了。
