祝賀

We are delighted to learn that..（我們非常高興地獲悉…） *用于私人的或和對方很熟的情況下。

Congratulations on your.../We would like to offer our congratulations on your...（衷心地祝賀你……）

表示歉意

We apologize for...（就…，我們表示歉意）

We deeply/sincerely apologize for...(我們對……感到非常抱歉) *更加強調(diào)。

We are very sorry for... *比We apologize for...的語氣要婉轉(zhuǎn)的道歉方式。

中立的答復

We value ... highly（我們非常重視…）

We are (now) in the process of...（我們正在……過程中）

We value your suggestion highly. (我們非常重視貴社所提出的建議。)

We are in the process of reviewing your suggestion. (我們正在重新研究貴社所提出的方案)

We thank you for raising the issue. （我們非常感謝您提出的這件事）*內(nèi)容可能是好，也可能是壞。

感到遺憾

It is regretful to learn of... （得知…，我們感到很遺憾）

We are sorry to inform you that... （我們抱歉地通知您…）

We regret to inform you that...（我們遺憾地通知您…… ）

*We are sorry...帶有說話人犯有過失的語氣。而用We regret和regret則不清楚過錯是在哪一方。

同意

We will be delighted to...（我們非常高興地…）

We agree with you on...（我們同意你們關于…的意見）

We agree with you on the following issues... (我們同意以下幾點)

We are very pleased to have the opportunity to...（我們非常高興能有機會…）

We are in full agreement with the points raised in your letter/We are in complete agreement with the points outlined in your letter. （我們完全同意您信上所提出的所有問題。）

敘述事情

*用于必須說出很嚴重的事情時。

轉(zhuǎn)達希望

We are interested in... （我對…很感興趣）*適用于索取資料時。

抱怨

We invite your attention to... （我們請求您對……給予注意）

We are sorry to inform you that... （我們不得不遺憾地通知您…）

We very much regret to have to remind you of... （我們不得不很遺憾地提醒您…）

We would like to call your attention to...(我們想提醒您注意… ）*比較禮貌的說法。

May we remind you that...?/May we take this occasion to remind you that...? （借此機會我想就一問題提醒您的注意） *語氣較委婉，

We wish to point out that...（我們想指出…） *wish to... 雖然緩和了“我認為……”的語氣，但是說法仍然比較直接。

陳述自己的見解

We feel strongly that...（我們強烈地感到…）

We do not anticipate any objections to...（我們對…完全沒有異議）

反駁對方
