　我司作為上述貨物的發貨人，將上述集裝箱內的貨物分別裝箱并加鉛封后交付給貴司，貴司對箱內貨物的情況不知情。因此，在集裝箱外表狀況良好、鉛封完整的情況下，我司保證不會就箱內貨物的品名、種類、數量、狀況等方面追究貴司的法律責任。  

　我司同時保證承擔貴司因上述安排所遭受的一切風險、責任和損失。

　本擔保函將根據中國有關法律進行解釋，任何本擔保函項下的糾紛提交有管轄權的中國境內海事法院審理。

　This guarantee shall be construed in accordance with Chinese Law and all 
disputesunder this indemnity shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Maritime
